Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been allotted an accommodation by the Delhi Police and has been required to shift to the said accommodation on or before 09.03.2020. 2.

Petitioner undertakes that petitioner shall shift to the allotted quarter by the Delhi Police and shall hand over peaceful, vacant possession of the subject quarter i.e. Staff Quarter No.51, Type-II, Chandrawal Water Works, Civil Lines, Delhi to the respondent on or before 09.03.2020. 3.

The undertaking is accepted.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. 5.
