% 01.12.2025 CRL.M.A. 35707/2025 (seeking modification of order dated 11th November, 2025) 1.

The above-captioned writ petition was disposed of on 11th November, 2025, granting furlough to the Petitioner.

By way of the present application, the Petitioner seeks limited modification of the said order insofar as it relates to the surety condition, and further seeks permission to visit his family at Rohtak, as the existing conditions prohibit him from leaving the NCT of Delhi. 3.

Accordingly, Paragraph Nos. 4 and 4(i) of the aforesaid order is modified to the following effect:

"4.

In view of the foregoing facts and circumstances, the Petitioner is granted furlough for a period of three weeks, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with cash surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/Trial Court/Duty Metropolitan Magistrate.

(i).

He shall surrender his passport, if any, to the Court concerned and shall remain only in NCT of Delhi or Rohtak, Haryana and shall not travel The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to any other place without the permission of the Court concerned." 4.

The remaining conditions imposed in the order dated 11th November, 2025 shall remain intact.

Copy of the Order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
