Considering the mitigating circumstances stated in the application and particularly considering the medical condition of the petitioner, we consider it apposite to allow the present application and reduce the costs imposed vide order dated 15.07.2024, from ₹1,00,000/- to ₹5,000/-. 3.

The order dated 15.07.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. 4.
