The learned Standing Counsel appearing behalf of the State submits that the custody of the minor girl was handed over by the Child Welfare Committee to the grandmother (petitioner herein) of the minor girl on 31.07.2025, hence the petition has become infructuous. 2.

The minor girl has been produced before this Court today by her grandmother, and stated to be presently residing with her grandmother.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition.
