% 29.01.2025 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if respondent No.1 decides the complaint dated 14.06.2022 filed by the petitioner addressed to Deputy Director, PGRC, AICTE, New Delhi.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that needful shall be done in accordance with law in a time-bound manner. The respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint dated 14.06.2022 addressed to Deputy Director, PGRC, AICTE, New Delhi within eight weeks in accordance with law.
