The learned counsel for the parties submit that the dispute has been amicably settled. They submit that in view of the settlement, the present petition be disposed of and the complaint filed by the respondent under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (NI Act) being CC No. 8137/2017 titled 'Rajeev Batra v. Energetic Lighting India Pvt. Ltd. and others' be quashed.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of and the complaint bearing CC No. 8137/2017 titled 'Rajeev Batra v. Energetic Lighting India Pvt. Ltd. and others' is quashed along with all consequential proceedings.
