By way of Original Application No. 1049/2022, inter alia, the Petitioners prayed for preparation of a combined seniority list for the posts of PGT [except the PGTs in the discipline of Physical Education, ie, PGT (PE)], Vice Principal and Principal. 2.
By way of the impugned order dated 11.05.2022, the said Original Application was dismissed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal on the ground that same was hopelessly barred by limitation.

On 02.12.2025, the following order was passed : "1.
The learned counsels for the respondents submit that the respondents have almost acceded to the prayers made by the petitioners, and are in the process of re-drafting the Seniority List by merging the gender-based Seniority Lists for the post of PGT, Vice-Principal and Principal, without any distinction between male and female candidates.

Let this process be completed expeditiously.

List on 24th February, 2026 at 2:30 P.M."

Learned counsel representing the Respondent - Govt of NCT of Delhi submits that Provisional Seniority List has already been prepared, and the same is likely to be circulated within three weeks. 5.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to revive the same if the cause agitated in this petition survives. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
