It is stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents that in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, a decision has been taken by the Respondents to remove the blacklisting and the Petitioner is now free to apply for a visa. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any. As and when, an application is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of visa, the same may be considered by the Respondents in accordance with law.
