Petitions who are major seek protection. Though petitioners are not married but are living together. Petitioner No. 1 is already married. 2.
Vide order dated 21st February, 2018 this Court noted the undertaking of the petitioner that till finalisation of the disputes between him and his wife or subject to any further order by a Court of competent jurisdiction, he would pay a sum of ₹0,000/- per month as maintenance of Ritu, his wife as he has not married petitioner No.2 at the moment. 3.
Petitioner No. 1 undertakes to abide by the said undertaking given. W.P.(CRL) 463/2018

A status report has been handed over, which is taken on record. As per the status report statements of the petitioners have been recorded, who stated that they do not have any problem and are living peacefully. 5.
