The petitioner's child has already been granted admission by the Respondent 1 school.

Mr. Manish Narang, learned Counsel for the Respondent 1 school submits, on instructions, that though the admission was permitted provisionally, it shall be treated as regular for all purposes. 3.

Needless to say, all facilities which the law requires an EWS student to be provided with, shall be granted by the respondent school. 4.

As such, the grievance in this writ petition stands redressed. It is accordingly disposed of.
