% 12.02.2018 Vide order of 27th December, 2017 (Annexure P-1), petitioner has been reverted to the post of Chowkidar. Vide order of 15th May, 2015, petitioner was promoted as Lab Assistant and his reversion is consequent upon review of Departmental Promotion Committee's (DPC) recommendation.

In view of Sub-Section 3 of Section 8 of Delhi School Education Act & Rules, 1973, the remedy available to petitioner is to approach the Delhi School Tribunal and not this Court.

In view of aforesaid, this petition and application are disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail of the remedies before the Delhi School Tribunal against the impugned order.
