The Petitioner's grievance in the present petition is that for the post of Constable (GD) in the CAPFs in the exam held in 2015 he scored 61 marks and was tied with others who scored the same marks, but who got appointed. He accordingly prays that his case should be considered at par with those scoring the same marks.
3. In response to the representation made by the Petitioner in this regard on 5th April 2019 the Respondents have replied on 2nd May 2019 admitting that W.P.(C) 10814/2019 Page 1 of 2
his was a 'tied case' as a result of which the part A marks of the Petitioner were compared with the part A marks with the last selected candidate in ITBP (Border District). The last selected candidate obtained 23 marks in part A and he obtained as 18 marks.
4. In the circumstances, the Court does not find any reason to entertain the present petition. It is accordingly dismissed. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
