Learned counsel for Income tax Department submits that she has already filed the letters wherein it is mentioned that the decree holder has defaulted in payment of an amount of Rs. 85,59,00,827/-. Copy of the same is stated to have been supplied to the counsel for decree holder.

As per record, documents on behalf of Income Tax Department have been filed.

In view of above, matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court on 26.05.2025.
