It is stated that the records pertaining to the Sale Deed dated 29.02.1996 have now been re-constructed. Though the grievance of the Petitioner no longer survives, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that some costs must be awarded in favour of the Petitioner for the delay on the part of the Respondents in re-constructing the records. 2.

This Court while exercising its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not inclined to accede to the request made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. However, the State is instructed to be careful in future and not to let such instances occur again. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.
