Mr. Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of Respondent No.2.

This petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking the following reliefs:

"a) Club both the FIRs to one Sessions Court, b) Transfer the Case from Sessions Court of Sh. Pankaj Arora (SC/44677/2015) to Sessions Court of Sh.Rakesh Pandit (SC/207/2016), c) To pass any other or further order (s) as this Court may deem fit and proper in favour of petitioner, in the interest of justice." 3.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the interregnum, there has been a change in the Presiding Officers and the reliefs sought may be accordingly modified. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 have no objection if the present petition is allowed, since both matters arise out of cross FIRs.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and SC/44677/2015 is transferred from the Court of Ms. Ankita Lal, ASJ/(FTC) N.E. KKD, Delhi to the Court of Sh. Raghubir Singh, Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts.

The matter will be withdrawn from the Court of Ms. Ankita Lal, ASJ/(FTC) N.E. KKD, Delhi and listed before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts on 21.03.2024 for further allocation and proceedings.

Registry is directed to forward the order passed today to both the Courts.
