At the outset, without arguing on merits of the case, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prosecution has filed the supplementary chargesheet and a copy of the same has been supplied only today.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file afresh after the arguments on charge have taken place before the learned Trial Court.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
