Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 13th July, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) 5992/2021 has been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court in an appeal. Further, he submits that the amounts which he had deposited pursuant to the directions passed in W.P.(C) 5992/2021 already stand refunded to the petitioner. Thus, he submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present contempt petitions. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present contempt petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, having been satisfied.
