By way of the present application, the applicant seeks interim bail in FIR No. 369/2017 registered under Sections 186/353/307 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act at P.S. Neb Sarai on the ground of surgery of his mother which is scheduled for 25.07.2024 at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi- 110029. 2.

Issue notice.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice and while referring to the Status Report filed before the Trial Court, states that the applicant is a habitual offender and is involved in as many as five cases of murder/attempt to murder wherein he has also been convicted. He further states that apart from the applicant, there is another brother, namely, Anil Raj in the family who can look after their mother at time of her surgery. that the medical documents of the applicant's mother stand verified. 4.

Considering the above submissions of learned APP, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on interim bail however, considering the fact that the medical documents stand verified, the applicant is directed to be taken in custody to Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi- 110029 by the Jail Authority on 25.07.2024 between 10 am to 4 pm and brought back on the same day. 5.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms alongwith pending application.
