Learned Additional District Judge (South-West District) shall endeavour to dispose of the appeal expeditiously. Meanwhile, the statement of the learned counsel for the decree holder/respondent has also been recorded that he will not press his execution qua the balance mesne profits which are claimed against the petitioner till the disposal of the appeal.
