An objection has been taken on behalf of the learned APP, as well as, the learned counsel for the complainant, on the ground that the documents had been filed by the petitioner along with the Petition are forged and fabricated.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn.
