The present Peititon has been filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 Cr.P.C against the Order dated 21.05.2019 vide which charges were directed to be framed under other sections, but the respondent has been discharged under Section 307 IPC.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed the copy of the Judgement dated 14.09.2021, which is taken on record. According to the Judgement, the respondents have been acquitted of all the charges. 3.

Nothing more survives in the present case as it has become infructous. 4.

Petition is accordingly disposed of along with the pending Applications.
