Mr. Ronak Karanpuria, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, consequent to supervening events which have occurred, the prayers in this writ petition have been rendered infructuous. He further submits that there are certain ancillary reliefs, which he would seek, and seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move a fresh writ petition for the said purpose. 2.
This writ petition is disposed of as the prayers in this writ petition stand satisfied.

Leave and liberty is granted to the petitioner to re-approach this Court in accordance with law for any grievance which may still survive.
