After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that he does not press his present petition. He, however, states that he may be permitted to make submission before the learned Trial Court with respect to applicability of Section 56 of CPC besides taking other recourse available in the law. He apprehends that the Court may issue warrants of arrest against Judgment Debtor.

Needless to say, he is always at liberty to make any such submission before the learned Executing Court. The learned Trial Court would consider the same in accordance with law.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with the above observation.

It is clarified that all the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
