2. The Respondents are set ex parte.

3. Since the existence of arbitration agreement and its invocation by the Petitioner remain uncontroverted, this Court appoints Ms. K.B. Hina, Advocate (Mob.No. 9811734735) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims.

4. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC'). The fees of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators' Fees) Rules. The learned Arbitrator will comply with the requirements of the Act as Arb.P.100/2016 Page 1/2

amended with effect from 23rd October 2015 and proceed in the matter after service of notice on the Respondents.
