The appellant has assailed judgment and decree of award of damages. It appears that the appellant newspaper published a defamatory article against the respondent. Before the trial court, the appellant pleaded having published the article in good faith. But no evidence to establish the good faith was adduced. Rather, what to say of producing his source in the witness box, the appellant did not even disclose name of the source in order to establish good faith.
