The petitioner is invoking Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for wilful disobedience of the directions by the respondent, contained in the judgment dated 12.11.2013 and 05.03.2014 by the Supreme Court in the case tiled as Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others (2014) 2 Supreme Court Cases 1.
