The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent in terms of Section 2(b) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for deliberate and wilful disobedience of the undertakings recorded in the consent decree dated 02.11.2022, passed by the learned District Judge, Commercial Court-01, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, in CS(Comm) 1983/2022 tilted as M/s Karims Hotels Pvt. Ltd. v. Faim Sheikh Siddique.
