The petitioner workman filed this contempt petition on the ground that the respondent did not deposit Rs. 10 lakhs with registry of this court in accordance with para 5 of order dated 23.02.2023 passed by the coordinate bench in W.P.(C) 1704/2023. On being pointed out that the said direction was a condition for grant of stay on operation of the impugned award, after part submission, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this contempt petition. 2.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
