% 20.02.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent has obtained instructions and states that the petitioner has 71% attendance from the date of admission, i.e., 10.10.2017.

In view of the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that the petitioner is entitled to take admission in the Second Semester, as he meets and satisfies the 70% attendance requirement.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. The respondent would be bound by the above statement. All the pending applications are also disposed of.
