Adjournment is sought on the ground of Mr. Abhinav Tyagi, Advocate for the petitioner having had to rush to the school of his son. 2.

However a perusal of the past order sheet shows that Mr. Raman Kapur, Sr. Advocate along with Mr. Abhinav Tyagi and Mr. Rishabh Jain, Advocates has been appearing on all the concerned dates. There is no explanation as to why the senior Advocate along with Mr. Rishabh Jain or with Mr. Chirag Mudgal who have appeared earlier along with the senior Advocate, cannot appear today.

Vide order dated 3rd August, 2016 further proceedings in the suit have been stayed.

The said interim order is vacated. The proceedings in the suit to go on.

The counsel for the petitioner / defendant as well as the counsel for the respondent no.1 / plaintiff and the counsel for the respondents no.2 to 8 C.R.P. No.106/2016

to forthwith communicate this order to the Trial Court and the Trial Court to proceed with the suit.
