This Court on 07.08.2023 had directed the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to get instructions as to whether the Petitioner would be willing to avail other remedies available to him under law. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner who is present in Court, submits that liberty may be granted to the Petitioner to avail other remedies in accordance with law. Liberty, as sought for, is granted.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any. Since no arguments have been advanced on the merits of the case, this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
