% 19.05.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the condition of deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- imposed upon the petitioners by the Court below vide order dated 19.01.2016. During the course of arguments, it has been submitted that the respondent had filed a complaint under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 against the petitioners in which it was alleged that a sum of Rs.85,447.45 became due and payable by the petitioners-herein and the cheque for a sum of Rs.85,447/- issued by the petitioners was dishonoured. The Trial Court vide order dated 12.10.2015 closed the defence evidence. Against the said order, the petitioners approached the Court of Sessions where vide order dated 19.01.2016, the petitioners were granted one more opportunity to lead defence evidence, subject to

deposit of Rs.1.00 lac with the Trial Court by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order.

In the facts and circumstances, this Court does not find any ground to interfere in the order under challenge. The petition and application Crl.M.A. 4450/2016 are accordingly dismissed. P.S.TEJI, J MAY 19, 2016 dd
