Ms. Sagun Srivastava, counsel for Petitioners, states that a settlement agreement has been executed between Mr. Gaurav Joshi and Ms. Devyani Joshi (Respondent No. 2) before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 13th September, 2024 and the parties have jointly agreed to seek quashing of FIR No. 374/2023 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Jagat Puri. 2.

In such circumstances, counsel for Petitioners, on instructions, seek to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to re-apply for quashing of the aforesaid FIR on the basis of the settlement between the parties.
