Concededly, the impugned order dated 07.03.2023 is an order granting ad-interim maintenance to the petitioner. It is not disputed that pursuant to the impugned order, an order granting interim maintenance has also been passed by the learned Family Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and take appropriate remedies. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
