Copy of order dated 9th November 2023, passed by the MM (Mahila Court-2), Patiala House Court, New Delhi has been placed on record. 2.

As per the said order, the Magistrate directed interim maintenance @ Rs.35,000/- per month to respondent No.2/wife under the PWDV Act. This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order of the MM against which an appeal had been preferred by the petitioner before the Sessions Court, which has since been dismissed by order dated 21st May 2024 by ASJ-04, Patiala House Court, New Delhi. 3.

The issue pertains to awarding of interim maintenance @ Rs.35,000/- per month to respondent No.2/wife. The assessment was made based on petitioner's income who is working in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is also informed that main proceedings are at the stage of evidence. 4.

Accordingly, there is no reason to interfere with the said order. 5.
