The said settlement is duly signed by parties and countersigned by respective counsels.

Parties are present in Court and through Video Conferencing and has confirmed the settlement.

The Court has perused the terms of settlement, and finds the same to be lawful and in order. Parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement. 5.

The suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 03rd February, 2025.
