The petitioner has joined DRDO and his lien has been retained by respondent no. 2. In case the petitioner is permanently absorbed in DRDO, the consequential effects will be given by respondent no. 2. 3.

In view of the above, no further directions are called for. 4.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
