This application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the Decree Holder seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,85,15,857/- along with interest accrued thereon deposited by the Judgment Debtor in this Court in compliance of the Order dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Judgment Debtor has no objection. 3.

Let the entire amount along with interest accrued thereon be remitted in the bank account of the Decree Holder as mentioned in paragraph No.10 of the application.
