The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor submits that the Judgment Debtor is in the process of making payment in terms of the decree in question. She assures this Court that the payment shall be made to the Decree Holder within a period of six weeks from today. 2.

The execution petitions are disposed of, binding the Judgment Debtor to the statement so made.

In case the payment is not made by the Judgment Debtor within a period of six weeks, as undertaken, the Decree Holder shall be entitled to get these petitions revived. It is made clear that in such a situation, strict action shall be taken against the Judgment Debtor.
