O R D E R

% 22.02.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 15th December, 2016 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.11323/2016, whereby the counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, made a statement that the application filed by the petitioners on 21st November, 2016 for setting aside the ex parte order dated 24th June, 2010 shall be decided within a period of four weeks.

In the petition, it has been averred that despite the aforesaid order, the respondent has not decided the petitioners' application till date.

Since on the last date of hearing, this Court was informed that the SDM, Kapashera had adjourned the matter to a date in the month of May, this Court had directed the SDM, Kapashera to be personally

present in Court.

Today in Court, the SDM, Kapashera is personally present and he has handed over a photocopy of order dated 20th February, 2017, by virtue of which the petitioners' application dated 21st November, 2016 has been decided.

In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed. However, the SDM, Kapashera is directed to improve the communication between his lawyer in Delhi High Court and the Tehsildar so that Court orders are immediately complied with.
