Learned ASC (Crl.) for the State submits that the prayers made in the present petition are satisfied to the extent that the chargesheet in FIR No.311/2023 registered under Sections 279/337 IPC at P.S. Kotla Mubark Pur, New Delhi stands filed against Hari Ram, Head Constable, Delhi Traffic Police under Sections 279/304A IPC.

On a perusal of the petition, it is apparent that the petitioner has sought following prayers:- "(a) Issue a writ order /direction to the Respondents No.1 to No.5 to take necessary legal action against the accused namely Hariram, Head Constable, Traffic Police, Delhi and arrest the said accused with immediate effect as per provisions of law, (b) Issue a writ order/direction to the Respondents No.2 to No.4 to alter/add relevant sections of I.P.C in the instant FIR bearing No.311/2023, (c) Issue a writ order/direction to the Respondents No.2 to No.4 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to file the status report regarding the FIR bearing No. 311/2023, U/s. 279/337 IPC registered by the police officials of PS: Kotla Mubark Pur, New Delhi followed by complaint of the Petitioner dated 23-08-2023 against the accused namely Hariram, Head Constable, Traffic Police, Delhi, (d) Pass further order /direction to the Respondents to provide compensation to the Petitioner in the tune of ₹.50 Lac (Rupees Fifty Lac only) for the harassment, humiliation, mental torture, pain and agony including the medical treatment and expenses of his deceased due to rash and negligent driving of the accused accused namely Hariram, Head Constable, Traffic Police, Delhi."

Insofar as the prayer (d) is concerned, the petitioner would be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5.
