The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for recording the settlement between the parties in terms of the Memorandum of th February, 2024.
Understanding ("MOU") dated 24 2.
It is submitted that an amicable settlement has been arrived at th between the parties. In terms of the MOU dated 24 February, 2024, it has been agreed that the present petition shall be withdrawn unconditionally by the petitioner.
