alleged failure on the part of the respondents to transmit the Section 18 application moved under the provision of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Mr. Pathak, learned counsel appearing for the Land Acquisition Collector, on instructions states that subject to due verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the application stated to have been moved shall be duly examined and processed in accordance with law.
