Counsel for parties inform the Court that a Settlement Agreement dated 16th January, 2024 has been executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement is signed by the constituted attorneys as well as the counsel of both parties, and is accompanied with a Power of Attorney in favour of authorised representatives of Plaintiff. Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 3.

In view of the above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16th January, 2024, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.
