% 13.02.2018 The petitioner has been granted parole by the Competent Authority vide order dated 27.12.2017. This was subject to the verification of the address of the petitioner from the SSP, Bulandshar. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that this verification has till date not been carried out.

Notice of this petition has been accepted by the learned counsel for the State. She points out that the verification in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 27.12.2017 has been conducted and the address of the petitioner stands verified. The order dated 27.12.2017 be implemented forthwith.

At this stage, the petition is not pressed any further. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
