1. The present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, has been filed assailing orders dated 18.03.2024 & 08.07.2024 passed by the learned Family Court, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in Guardianship Petition No.13/2024.

2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement on 28.11.2024. A copy of the said settlement agreement has been placed on record. We are informed that in pursuance to the said settlement, the parties have already moved the first motion for seeking divorce by mutual consent.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal which is, accordingly, disposed of on the basis of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 4. Needless to state, both parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement. Further, in case, any of the parties violates the terms of the settlement agreement, it will be open for the aggrieved party to seek revival of the present appeal as also initiate contempt proceedings.
