The present Application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking release/disbursement of the principal awarded amount deposited with the Registry of this Court of Rs. 1,37,05,429/- and the interest accrued there upon, if any. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that since the execution proceedings in respect of the present award is already pending and is likely to be listed on 08.05.2026, liberty be granted to withdraw the present Application and press for the reliefs as sought for herein in the said execution proceedings.
