% 03.07.2018 CS(COMM) 387/2018 & I.A. No. 8393/2018 1.

The plaintiffs and defendants No. 1, 2 and 3 has amicably settled their disputes and have filed a joint applicant containing terms of the settlement. The application is signed by the parties and supported by their affidavits. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff does not press the suit against the defendant No.4 who is deleted from the array of parties.

Learned counsel for the defendants No. 1 to 3 submits that defendants No. 1 to 3 have paid Rs.10,00,000/- to the plaintiff in terms of the settlement and the copies of the demand draft are Annexure-A to the application. 4.

I.A. No. 8393/2018 is allowed. The settlement between the plaintiff and defendants No.1 to 3 is recorded and CS (COMM) 387/2018 is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties. The plaintiff and defendants No.1 to 3 shall remain bound by the settlement.

The date of 25th July, 2018 before the Joint Registrar stands cancelled. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under the signature of Court Master.
