Present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeking restoration of the present petition, which was dismissed in default and on account of non-prosecution vide order dated 16th July 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant states that he could not appear before this Court due to network connectivity issues at his end. 3.

An identical writ petition being W.P.(C) 12275/2023 has been disposed of vide order dated 19th July 2024 on the basis of an additional affidavit dated 18th July 2024 filed by DDA, wherein it was stated that DDA The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. had decided to retain two dozen deer in the AN Jha Park. Further, DDA had stated that it is not possible to retain all deer in Delhi due insufficient space and possibility of poaching. Therefore, in light of the order dated 19th July 2024 and the statement given by DDA, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
