The suit file has been placed before this Court vide order dated 18.07.2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Original) stating inter alia that the case has been received back from the court of the learned District & Sessions Judge, South District, in terms of the order dated 26.05.2016 to the effect that the case does not pertain to the said district. 2.

Counsel for the respondents submits that the present case ought to have been forwarded to the court of the District & Sessions Judge, South East District.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to transmit the case file to the court of the District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts Complex. The parties shall appear before the concerned court on 06.09.2016.
